PROGRAM

Our 4 week Ocean Therapy Program supports you in building resilience, power, mindfulness, gratitude, and healing your relationship with yourself and others. You deepen your knowledge of the ocean, waves, surfing or SUP equipment. 

Our one-hour session is FREE to adults who are looking for alternatives to well-being. This program is designed for people who have experienced life's challenges.

We offer a holistic path to the wellbeing of mind, body and spirit.

 

Our programing combines yoga, mindfulness, breathing, surf therapy or stand up paddle boarding, and beach hikes along with education and information about trauma. 

In a one hour individualized session, you will learn beginner yoga poses and the foundation of mindfulness meditation. In summer months, we will take to the water to surf or stand up paddle board with a surf therapist.

As the seasons turn to fall and winter join us for beach hikes, indoor yoga and meditation sessions. Together we will build a community of support.

Yoga by the Sea

 A private one hour yoga session on the beach tailored to your needs and ability. Relax and reconnect with nature.

PRIVATE STAND UP PADDLE BOARDING

In calm waters, you'll glide through the ocean on our stand up paddle board. Our guides will create a personalized experience for you.

GROUP TEAM BUILDING YOGA SESSION

Want a fun team building experience? Bring a beginners yoga session to your office. Get your group of up to ten people for your 'namaste' meeting.

In a safe supportive environment we will create an individualized surf therapy session for your specific needs. 

SERVICES SUPPORT OUR PROGRAMS

Our paid services support our FREE programming and provide vital well being and coping skills to people who have experienced trauma and histories of adversity.
