R. Anthony Rolle, Ph.D. is Dean of the Alan Shawn Feinstein College of Education & Professional Studies at University of Rhode Island. He has research expertise in public finance and economic policy research. Anthony has conducted and managed nationally and internationally recognized applied policy research projects for local, state, national organizations.
